FAQs

When does registration start for the new season?
Registration for the 2025 season will start on January 1st, 2025. We will also run registration into April. However, a late fee will be charged after March 30, 2025.
When will practices and games begin?
Practice will begin on Monday March 31, 2025 and games will begin on or around May 1, 2025.
How old does my child have to be to participate in baseball or softball?
Any child that would like to play baseball or softball with RYBSA must reach age 5 by May 1st.
Where will practices and games be held?
As of this moment all practices will be held at Little Blue Trace Park. Coaches may move practices to a different loaction after games have started depending on field availability. As of December 2024 all games will be held at Little Blue Trace Field located at 13498 E. 87th St., Kansas City, Missouri 64139.
May I be on the field or dugout with my child during practices and/or games?
Due to laws and safety, the only peopl allowed in dugouts or on fields are our volunteers who have passed a background check. If you would like to volunteer please email us at raytownybsa@gmail.com and we will send you a volunteer application.

Players Alliance

owning and supporting solutions to increase the participation of our beloved
community in baseball. They do this because representation is important to both
